Fran serves as Director of Equipping ministries overseeing adult, children’s, youth and small group ministries. Ephesians 4:11-16 is the heartbeat of this ministry area as people are equipped to live lives of continual growth and service to others becoming Fully Alive in Jesus.
Fran received a Bachelor of Science degree from Winona State University Winona, MN with a major in Social Work. He earned a Master of Divinity degree from Bethel Seminary, St. Paul, MN. He has served as Director of Youth ministries at Hosanna Lutheran Rochester and Zion Lutheran Stewartville prior to completion of seminary.
Fran is married to Tammy, a cardiac sonographer at the Mayo Clinic. They have been married for 21 years and have two amazing boys Zeke (11) and Silas (7), who are both students at RCLS. The Greens are a close family enjoying spending time outdoors, camping, riding motorcycles and traveling.
