LOCAL EVANGELISM:

The Holy Cross Neighborhood Walk: An easy way to introduce neighbors of Holy Cross or your own neighbors and friends. The neighborhood around Holy Cross has been mapped out to small routes of about fifteen houses taking 30-45 minutes). The welcome material and gift may also be used to give to your neighbors and friends outside of the Holy Cross neighborhood. As you stop at a house, you introduce yourself and state that you are from Holy Cross and would like to leave a simple gift and a little information about what is going on at Holy Cross as a welcome. That's it. Just introducing Holy Cross and leaving a gift. As events occur at Holy Cross the information packet changes and more gift options will be added. Family Events: Evangelism with missions also plans on at least 2 events this year at Holy Cross that will be geared towards families.

Sudanese Lutheran Mission Society

For the past couple of years Holy Cross has contributed towards the Sudanese Lutheran Mission Society. The society is represented by district members across the United States including southeastern Minnesota. This March and April have been very significant times as they have gone to Sudan to continue the work of organizing Lutheran mission churches not just in Sudan but throughout. More information to come soon.
