This ministry discovery tool is designed to help discover the S.H.A.P.E. that the Holy Spirit has given you so that we can rejoice in God's plan and respond to God's purpose for our lives in His world. S.H.A.P.E. is an acronym that uses the five elements of God's design in us. Spiritual Gifts, Heart passions, Abilities, Personality, and Experiences.

S = Spiritual Gifts

Administration -the ability to organize and guide human activities in such away that Christ's program is carried out.

Craftsmanship - the ability to use hands and knowledge of materials to create special products to serve the world with projects that share Christ's love.

Discernment - a special gift God gives to certain members of the body of Christ to make clear judgment between that which is of God and that which is of Satan.

Exhortation - a God-given ability to draw close to (empathize with) and stand by the side of those who need support, encouragement and counsel.

Evangelism - the ability to communicate the Gospel so effectively that many people respond in faith.

Faith - the obvious ability to trust God in the most adverse circumstances with a strong belief in the presence and power of God.

Giving - the unique ability to exercise financial insight as wise stewards of the resources God has provided.

Helps - the ability to recognize and meet needs through prompt, cheerful, practical assistance.

Hospitality - the ability to open your home to food and fellowship as well as offer meals and refreshments outside the home in a tireless effort to serve and make others feel comfortable and encouraged.

Knowledge - the ability to discover, analyze and organize the truth for use by God's family.

Leadership - the ability to motivate and inspire others to work together to accomplish God's plans.

Mercy - the ability to identify joy or distress in others and offer God's comfort through words or actions.

Music - the ability to sing, play and/or compose music in such a way that blesses the Lord and will also be beneficial and edifying for the Church.

Shepherding - the ability to oversee the lives of others in order to nurture and care for their spiritual development.

Teaching - the ability to explain God's Word for maximum learning by others.

Writing - The ability to put your Christ-centered thoughts and ideas into words that will be meaningful and relevant to those who read them.
